    (4) The well field
    It is named so because the well is at the head of it.

    (5) The Rasán
    It is a long narrow sloping field.

    (6) The smoothing iron
    It is named so because it is the shape of a smoothing iron.

    (7) The wee field
    It is so named because it is a very small field.

    (8) Sraith
    It is a long narrow sloping field generally along a river.

    (9) Cabhán
    It is a flat low field.

    (10) The limekiln field
    It is so called because there is a an old limekiln in the field. There is a number of these in the country none of which are in use.

    (11) The fort field
    This is another common name because there is an old fort in each field.
