  1. Once upon a time there lived a king who never laughed. The Queen would give a big reward to anyone who could make the King laugh. Many people tried to make him laugh but it was no good. The queen taught of a plan. She sent a hundred men to search for anyone who could make the King laugh. Among the hundred men was a boy of sixteen. He did not know where to go. On he travelled until he came to an old hut; there was an old woman inside and he asked her would she be able to make the king laugh. She answered "No" but she that she knew something that would make him laugh. The boy begged her to tell him but nothing would
