- An old resident of this parish commonly known as "Pá" Drury a local intinerant, was sick in Listowel hospital once, and the Rev. Mother knew that he was a kind of a poet and wit.
She asked him how he was one day. He answered "I'm good sister". She said "Call me Maam". "I never knew you were married" said Pá. "I am", she said "married to God". "Ah" answered Pá "I'm very glad you joined such "dacent people".- Collector
