Nicholas Frinch lived in Dublin. He was a very kind man. When he called for the rent if they hadn't it he gave them time to get it. He had an agent to collect the rents twice a year. his name was Mr. Kirwan. He lived in Dublin. He came on an Irish jaunting car to collect the rents.
Nicholas Frinch was building a house in Listwish. When he had the cellar built he decided that he would stay in Dublin. The cellar is still there. He sold he is property to the Irish land Commission. Some of his family are still living in Dublin. He owned Polredmond, Listwish, Carraneeney, and Brifort.
