It is said that the sheep are the proudest animals in the world. In spring the sheep have young lambs. The farmer gives the sheep oats also. When we are calling the hens we say "tuic tuic". - The names of our farm animals are: cows, calves, horses, pigs, sheep and goats, and our domestic animals are:hens, ducks, turkeys, and geese.
We have no names on our cows. When we are driving the cows out in the field we say "How! How!" The same is said for calves. The cows are tied around the neck with chains to their racks. There is not anything ever hung up in the cowhouse.
