    Pray for ye solves of Fa Carbry Keanvan V.C.B.T. who dyed the 25th of September 1168 anno Domini and pray for Fa Farrul Ward and his ancestors who caused this momument to be made.

    The above inscription is on a flag in the boundary wall of Cloughanover churchyard. It is said that it was in the old church from which stones were taken and were used in building the wall in which the flag is at present.
