   Roinn Roinn Postáil

   Our first match was the Davitts,

   Who came from Loughlinstown,

   They flocked from the hills and valleys,

   Lay in hundreds as they came down,

   We beat them twelve points to nil boys,

   You may be sure that they felt sore,

   So that when they went home to Rathmichael,

   They never were seen anymore.

   
   Chorus.

   We don't give a d--n for the Geraldines or Emmets,

   From Milltown or Bray,

   And the Stars they went home in thier glory,

   And they wear their gold medals to-day,
