    priest teaching a little boy Catechism. At the end of the time the priest examined him. He knew all except
    How many persons in God?
    Then the priest got three buttons and said that, he would call one the Father. The other the Son and the third the Holy Ghost, to keep it in his mind.
    The boy said he would never forget it and he took the buttons with him.
    Next day the priest came and asked how many persons in God. He said two. The priest said "I thought I gave you three buttons to remind you of the number of persons." The boy said "Last night my Mammie sewed the Holy Ghost on my trousers, so there are only two left."
