Then you boil the potatoes when you have them boiled you mix them up. Then you mix the potatoes and flour up and put a pinch of salt and some milk in them. Then you roll them out and cut them in squares and put them in the oven pot.

Long ago the people used to make bread on a griddle. The griddle had no rims but it was flat. You could make any sort of bread on the griddle.
