  1. O My God I a rise from this bed of sleep to adore and to honour my God to labour for my soul. O may I arise the last day to life everlasting.
This Prayer is said when awakening in the morning. O my God clothe my soul with a nupitial robe of Charity.
Grant that I may wear them pure and undefiled before thy judgement seat.
This prayer is usually said while dressing.
Glory, praise, and thanks be to God is a prayer I have often heard said after meals.
