    Tháinnigheadar isteach i mbaile na nGall. Bád le Pádraig Ó Lonáin a thug isteach iad. Sé an ainm a bhí ar an mbád na Erins Hope. Bhí sí síos i mBaile na nGall le fada acht tá sí briste anois le tamall.
    Thugadh go dttí an chúirt na daoine a thug isteach iad. Labhair siad as Ghaedhilg leis an mbreitheamh agus ní bhfuigheadh sé iad a thuigsint agus leighéad saor iad.
    Nuair a tháinig na fuiníní isteach go dtí an baile. Bhailigheadar an méid a bhí acu agus shiubhaladar go dtí h-Eochaill.
    Shileadar go aibh cabhair ó mhuinntir na h-Éireann an lá san agus ní raibh.
