  1. We sow different kinds of potatoes in our farm. Some of their names are Queens, King Edwards, Pink eyes, Flounders, Up-to-Dates, Aran Chiefs and Irish banners. They had wooden ploughs long ago. Some sow them in drills and others in ridges. They say if the sun came hot when the drills would be closed they would rot. They divide then into two kinds big and small. The big ones for their dinner and the others for the pigs.
