  1. Potatoes are grown in my district. Every farmer grows an acre and a-half of potatoes. The farmer prepares the ground. The land is manured in my district. The potatoes are sown in drills. The drills are made with ploughs.
    Wooden ploughs were used long ago in my district. But now it is iron ploughs. Spades are bought in the shops. The old women makes the slits
