  2. My forefathers used to eat four meals a day and before their breakfast they used to work about the house. Then when they would come in the women would have their breakfast prepared on a table. Then they would go out and come in about two o clock and eat their dinner and about six o clock they would get their tea. The food they used to get was, soda bread, brown bread, sowens, gruel, potatoes, cabbage
