    men's Sunday shirts were a bandel cloth shirt with linen front. These were considered very warm.
    They also kept sheep for the supply of wool for the manufacture of blankets and also flannel for men and women's wear.
    The old practice among the country people was when clothes were to be made to invite the tailor to the house where he generally remained for a week or two.
