  1. There was once a baker who was married to a very nice woman. One day while in the town she met a gentleman and he insisted on calling some day for a visit to her house for tea.
    In the meantime she and and her husband made arrangements that while the gentleman would be dining and enjoying himself he would tap gently at the door. So it happened and when the woman heard the tap she exclaimed
