every night the neighbours used to come in. This night was very wet and they did not come in.
About 10p.m. a Knock came to the door. He opened it and the boys pulled him out, dragged him around and took the gate leading to the house. Next day he went for the guards and said it was the neighbours who had done it because they wanted to hunt him out of his house and land. They did it at night that he might think it was a ghost. He said to his neighbours "not to ever come inside the wall of this house while I am living or I will cut the heads off you".
