allen road to Owen Clarke's of Tullyinchin.
For some reason or other which we do not know this road was never completed.
Through time portions of the fences were levelled down and now only a short distance of the new road remains.
It is now used as a bye-way for pedestrians.
At the moment those concerned are trying to have the road made and completed.
People from Ratrussan who come to Philip Smith's shop in Carrickallen, used to come through the land now owned by Francis Fitzpatrick of Tievenanass.
A bye-road from the Ring road to the Carrickallen road is through the lands of John King and Frank Lynch both of Tievenanass.
