  1. My father's farm is situated in about the middle of the townland of Tullyinchin.
The Cavan Shercock road runs through my father's farm.
The house is on the north side of the road, and it is called "The Road House", because it is adjacent to the road.
"Carolan's Meadow", is a name on one of our fields, on the southern side of the farm.
This field got its name from a man named Michael Carolan who lived there, and who was a shoemaker by trade, and who owned the field.
This man is dead about one hundred years ago.
