  1. There died a few years ago a man in Lower Lavey named Pat Hueston who believed that there was gold hidden around an old lime kiln.
    One night about two or three o clock he went from house to house gathering men. He gathered about twenty men, and they started to dig with spades and shovels. It was only fun for the men who were digging, but still they dug on until morning came.
    The men dug on several nights but could not find any hidden treasure.
