  1. There is a field in Tolerton called the "Bull-Field". This got its name from a bull which was tied in it. There is another one in the Strand called the "Bush-Field". It got its name from a bush which grew in it long ago. It is said that the man who eat this bush lost the use of his arm.
    There is a field in Woodlands called "Mary Nolan's" Field. It got its name from a woman that owned it. There is another field in Ballinakill called the "Rath Field". It is said it got its name from a rath which is situated in it.
