   O my God I give Thee my heart
   Grant that it may be pure humble
   upright and sincere. May Thy heart O Jesus entirely possess mine.

   O my God I give Thee thanks
   for bringing me save over the dangers of the night.

   When people are going on a journey
   they say O my God keep me save through this journey

   Prayer before going to sleep:-
   On this bed I lie to sleep,
   Jesus Christ my soul to keep.
   If I die before I waken,
   Jesus Christ my soul has taken.
   If any evil troubles me,
   The Blessed Virgin waken me.

   This prayer can be said any time :-
   Make the sign of the cross on your forehead and say - I N R I, Jesus if Nazerath, King of the Jews protect me from sudden and unprovided death.
   This prayer can also be said anytime. I must die, I do not know when nor where but if I die in mortal sin I am lost for ever.
