- There is a house beside where I live and it is haunted. The lady who lives in it was going up stairs one night, and some thing went past her on the stairs. She got a great fright. The night Mrs Morgan died they heard crying outside the house and the chairs often move around the kitchen. One night Mrs O Connor heard noise upstairs and when she went up she could see nothing. They have to keep a lamp lighted at night. They bolt the doors at night and in the morning they are all open.
