  1. One day a travelling man came to an inn called The Beehive and on a large board attached to the front wall the following was written:-
    In this hive we are alive
    Good whiskey makes us funny
    Ye passers by come in and try
    The flavour of our honey.
    The traveller was thirsty and would have liked very much to have a drink but he had no money. Going to the sign-board he wrote under the verse:
    Now I am dry and would like to try
    The flavour of your honey
    But if I went in your bee would sting
    For I have got no money.
