- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)One night a long time ago, there was a man going from Clonmult to a house near the graveyard. It was a very dark nigh about 12 o'clock. When he was crossing a glen he saw a woman, and he thought she was a ghost. When she saw the man she ran away, and in through Clonmult graveyard. The man said he would follow her. He ran again and the two of them had a great race. The woman was very fast to run and she got out of the man's sight. He got home, and he had a great greyhound, and it would scent anyone. The man left out the dog and it scented to the cow house and there the woman was sitting between two cows, and who was it but a living person who used be roaming by night. This shows that the people pose as ghosts.
