Tubrid still living (over 80 years) says that "one day St Patrick wanted to wash his hand. 'twas bleeding. He had no water so he knelt down and a well sprang up. The mark of his knee used to be near the well. I often saw it but "too wore away now." I could find no stories of people having made pilgramages to the well or of the place being held in Reverence.
