    inhabited by the Kearney family. On the sight of the stable is the residence of the Dalton family who were evited from Ballyknockmore. Also their cow-house is erected the sight of the mansion. The ruins of the old moat are still to be seen. The men who took any part in the murder suffered for their mis deed in after years as they were all afflicted in some way or another.
