    of the rooms she had a grocery shop. She sold tea, sugar, bread, tobacco, candles and matches. She sold a pennyworth of sugar and a pennyworth of tea, twopenny loaves, pennyworths of tobacco and ounces of tobacco at three pence an ounce, halfpenny candles and halfpenny boxes of matches. Every week she used to take the road, down through Moolum and Kilmacows to Waterford. She used to pay halfpenny to cross over the bridge and a penn coming back. When coming home if she had only a stone weight she should pay another halfpenny for it and another halfpenny for herself, that is why she should pay a penny returning. She used to leave her own house at seven in the morning and used not be back until about six in the evening. Mrs Walsh lived until she was nearly ninty years of age.
