    stone in it with a gun on it and under it lies an old Irish soldier. They are several old Irish rimes cut out of it in fancy cut handwork. It was never known for anyone to be seen in it. Because it is said that they are to long dead.

  2. No people get married during Lent. They cannot get married from Ash-Wednesday 'till after Low Sunday. Then from the first Sunday in Advent 'till the Epiphany. Thursdays and Fridays are considered unlucky for marriages.
