- The Gallows Well is a well on Barrack hill. There is a big tree over the well on which people were supposed to be hanged on olden times.there is an old well in the wood at the end of Kilkenny St. which is known as Buck's Well. There were supposed to(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
