    owned by Andrew Rooney and Terry O Neill. Rooney had a daughter called Kate and she married Matt Lennon. Lennon died and she married Ned Mc Guinness.
    Terry O Neill dealed in Asses.
    There was an old house in Derrynoose owned by Matty Renaghan. She had three heifer calves and one cow, and about two dozen hens. She kept the calves and cow and hens in the house with her. She also had straw in the house.
    On James M Kernans farm in Coolartra there lived a man called John Mc Nally. He was a farmer. He had four sisters called Kate, Mary, Brigid and Susie. The emigrated to England and Scotland.
    A fellow called Patrick Mone lived where Patrick Mc Quade lives now. He was a farmer. He was drowned in Croghan bog.
    On Frank Traynors farm in Lemgare a man called Pat Rooney lived in it. He reared a big family and they went to England and Scotland. One day he was pulling flax in Frank Mc Adams field and he dropped dead.
