    "I wish to God that he and all belonging to him were in the flames of hell".
    The above expression was first used during Cromwell's time in this area. A county man was passing by one of Cromwell's sentries.
    He was challenged but his answers were satisfactory.
    At that moment Cromwell appeared in the distance and the man asked the sentry for information regarding the identity of the well dressed soldier.
    On leaving that he was to Cromwell he used the above expression.
