“There were a lot of cattle around the Annaghdown church and some of the people went to raid the church...”
There were a lot of cattle around the Annaghdown church and some of the people went to raid the church and it happened the day they went to raid the church the ground was covered with snow and they took the cattle and drove them all the way to the Ballyglunin river. When the priest came to the chapel he found that the cattle were gone. He followed the tracks all the way until he came to the Ballyglunin river. The people who had stolen the cattle drove them into the little stream and drove them(continues on next page)- Collector
