    the cows from a field she said "Sguit Amach" and ever since she was called "Sguit Amach"
    When a person got a drink of milk they would say "slán an Máithreach". Noggins were used for holding milk.
    A Story.
    There was once a cow whose name was "Maggie" and her owner was a poor widow who depended on Maggie for her daily bread.
    One morning the woman brought the cow to the fair. A man came along and offered her one hundred pounds for the cow becasue she was pure white.
