    "Piosa Fada" - this is another field in the townland of Tournageeha, so called because it is a long narrow field.
    "Martin's Field" is also in Tournageeha, its former owner was Martin O'Brien and it is called Martin's to this day.

    I live in Garrison, the next town to Ballyduff and there is a field on our land called the "Cille-bhán" which means the white wood. It got its name from having many white-thorn growing in the centre of it. It sometimes is called the Graveyard Field because years ago people were buried there and
