    On the side of the hill named Shrone there is another ruin. It is said that it was built by "O'Ruadhán. This Chapel was a private place which was kept for O'Ruadhán and his family.
    This chapel is about ten yards long and eight yards wide. There is a font for holy water outside it.
    The present church is situated in the townland of "Buaile Buidhe"
    At first this was only a thatched building but after some time a priest named Canon Finn raised the walls. He also added the two aisles and slated it. When it was finished the bishop came and he dedicated it.
