If the person has the Minarac she gets a herb and chops it up and puts it into a saucer of water and gives the person a spoonful of the water in the name of the Trinity. Then she makes the sign of the cross with the water on the person's forehead nose and lips and on the back and breast, and on the palms and the soles of the feet saying each time, " In the name of the father and of the son and of the Holy Ghost".
