    The people in olden times used eat no bread but "paak". It was made of meal, bred and water, and it was very thin. Then it was made on the griddle.
    They used eat a mug of milk and a square of paak a day.They used eat only too meals a day. These meals were eaten in the morning an about seven oclock and in the evening at six oclock. The old people that lived that time used eat before going to bed.
