  1. There is a fairy fort at the back of Derrindaffe school in a meadow owned by Mrs O'Connor. The fort in this place is called "fort". In other places they are called, Liss, Cathair, Ring and Rath. Forts are circular in shape.
    In some forts there is an entrance hole in the centre but there is no entrance hole in fort in Derrindaffe
