    a stone to cure them, another cure they had for warts was to throw a bag of small stones in the road and the first person who would get the stones would take the warts, people used also rub a raw potato to warts. The seventh son of a family was supposed to have a cure for boils. Besides these cures, people used to have a great knowledge of cures that were to be got from herbs.
