    The shop. The old women cut the slits in the spring. There has to be two eyes in each slit. There is two slits in each potato. The (old) people help each other with the potatoes. The potatoes are sown in spring. When the little stalks come up over the clay the farmer moulds them. Then he re-moulds them in May. When the stalks get big they are sprayed. The farmer gets a barrel of water then he puts a stick
