  1. My home is in the townland of Carramore in the parish of Croghan and in the barony of Frenchpark.
    There are seventeen families in the townland and about forty five people. They are all nearly thatched houses only two or three. Mrs Dowd's is a slated two-storey house and also Father MacGowan's. There are two persons in it over seventy years of
