  1. There is a forge in the village of Moate. It is built on the side of the public road. Yo can tell that it is a forge by the heaps of iron outside and the is a horseshoe nailed on the door. The man who works in it is called the blacksmith his name is Pat Staunton. Pats father and grandfather & also his great grandfather was smiths.
    The forge is tatched with straw and there is a chimney on the gable
