  1. Long ago people used eat different food than they do now-days. In the morning they would rise early and they would do a great deal of work before they would eat any breakfast. The they would eat oatmeal porridge. At dinner they would eat potatoes and drink butter-milk. The table they had was a basket and everyone in the house would sit round it and eat their meals. After they would have eating they would hang up the table. For supper the would have potato-cakes and
