    New Year's Eve-On New Year's Eve the people do not throw out any ashes .And do not stir the earth or cry,or they would be crying for the year.They do not buy anything or pay any debts on New Year's Day.

    St.Stephen's Day- St.Stephen's Day is on December 26th.Some of the big boys go out with the wren .They get up very early on that morning .They go from house to house until they go miles away.They buy clothes for themselves with the money .It is the last feast of the year.
    St.Brigid's Day -St.Brigid's Day is on February 1st.People visit St.Brigid's Well.People go
