    turnips, and break if it has to be had.
    The badger lives in a burrow in the middle of furze. He eats hares, rabbits, rats, and foxes if he can get them. He does great good to some people, as he clears away foxes from the fowl and hares, rabbits from the cabbages.
    The weasel lives usually in a burrow in a ditch near the garden. He eats all kinds of insects and fowl. He does great damage to the people, as he kills any fowl he can get.
