  1. There are three tailors in Ballyconnell. They all work at their homes. Some of the tailors stock cloth. Cloth is not spun in my district. The gear that a tailor uses is a sewing machine. The tailor uses scissors, goose iron, spools, needles, a board for ironing trousers, and an iron. There are no shirts made in our district. Stockings are made locally. There are no spinning wheels in my district. People wear black on the death of a relative.
