    When spring time comes it is harrowed and ploughed again.
    It is again harrowed and (plough) cultivated
    The drills are then opened with a double mouild board plough.
    E|ach drill is about two feet wide and four inches in depth
    The manure is then carted from the farmyard and spread in the alleys
    The potatoes are then dropped on the manure about nice inches apart and the drills are closed with a double mould board plough.
