  1. Once Fionn was fighting with a giant on Murmod Hill, and Fionn put him to flight. The giant fled in the direction of Mullagh, Fionn flung a big rock which was a couple of ton weight after the giant. That rock is still to be seen at the gates of Mullagh.
    There is a rock on Murmod Hill called Fionn's rock. Fionn's thumb is supposed to be buried under that rock.
    Fionn Mac Cumhail was a great boxer. Once he got a challenge from a giant named McCann. McCann was champion boxer of Breffney. Fionn
