  2. The potatoes left over from the dinner were used to make the potato bread. The skin is peeled off the potatoes and they are mashed and milk soda and salt is mixed with them. Then a bottle would be rolled over the mixture until it was a flat cake. It was then put in the oven to heat and then it was fried
